D_City Properties is a "Derived" featureclass which contains the City of Bellingham's City owned properties. A derived feature class refers to a set of data that combines features (points, lines, or polygons) with business table data. D_Feature classes are typically updated every night with data from each source (GIS and the business table).
The purpose of the City Properties data is to show the location of city owned parcels within the City of Bellingham city limits along with relevant data including historical documents and associated links.
