D_UB_Customers is a point featureclass which shows the location of municipal water customers joined to utility billing customer tabular data.
Creates a feature class representing utility billing customers joined to the CityIQ utility billing module data.
Build process
1. Verifies that necessary data sources and destinations are available.
2. Deletes D_FC version from Richmond.sdestaging geodatabase if it exists.
3. Creates new D_FC version in Richmond.sdestaging geodatabase.
4. Deletes temporary workspace file geodatabase if it exists.
5. Creates new temporary workspace file geodatabase.
6. Creates a feature layer named COBGIS_wCustomer_Layer based on the Richmond.sdecob.COBGIS.wat_Customers feature class.
7. Creates a table view named CityIQ_Utility_Billing_Customers_View based on Richmond.dwhs.cityiq.UTILITY_BILLING_CUSTOMERS table.
8. Joins COBGIS_wCustomer_Layer to CityIQ_Utility_Billing_Customers_View where COBGIS_wCustomer_Layer.ACCOUNTNUMBER = CityIQ_Utility_Billing_Customers_View.ACCOUNTNUMBER.
9. Creates a feature layer of the joined data named COBGIS_wCustomer_Layer1.
10. Copies COBGIS_wCustomer_Layer1 to a feature class named wCustomer_Layer1 in the temporary workspace fgdb.
11. Copies wCustomer_Layer1 feature class in the temporary workspace fgdb to a new feature class in the temporary workspace fgdb named D_UB_Customers_TEMP containing the desired output fields and field names for the D_UB_Customers feature class.
12. Verifies that feature count in D_UB_Customers_TEMP in temporary workspace fgdb compared to Richmond.sdecob.cobgis.D_UB_Customers is within a defined tolerance to confirm successful data refresh.
13. Deletes features from Richmond.sdestaging.cobgis.D_UB_Customers feature class.
14. Appends features from D_UB_Customers_TEMP in temporary workspace fgdb to Richmond.sdestaging.cobgis.D_UB_Customers feature class.
15. Reconciles and Posts D_FC version to sde.DEFAULT version in Richmond.sdestaging geodatabase.
16. Deletes D_FC version from Richmond.sdestaging geodatabase.
17. Analyzes statistics on Richmond.sdestaging.cobgis.D_UB_Customers.
18. Confirms that feature count matches between D_UB_Customers_TEMP in temporary file geodatabase to feature count in Richmond.sdestaging.cobgis.D_UB_Customers.
