This point feature class is a collection of stormwater clean outs found within and around the city limits of Bellingham, WA. A clean out is a point of access, ranging from 4-8” in diameter, where a storm main or lateral line can be serviced. A clean out looks like the end of a pipe with a cap on it. All clean outs must be properly capped with a tight-fitting steel or plastic cap.
This point feature class was developed to represent stormwater clean outs and their associated attributes for the purpose of mapping, analysis, planning, and maintenance of utilities. The accuracy of this data varies and should not be used for precise measurements or calculations.
