Precincts Lines is a line featureclass which contains the City of Bellingham's Precinct Boundaries, Ward Boundaries, County Council District Boundaries and Legislative District Boundaries.
The purpose of the Precinct Line data is to show the location of Precinct, Ward within the City of Bellingham city limits. The features are used as Election boundaries and for cartographic representation.
